Staff Incentives

What we did

The run up to Christmas is a key trading period for the cinema industry with internal targets focussing on ticket sales, uptake of food and beverage products and ensuring that complaints are kept to a minimum.  SPARK were approached to deliver staff incentives to support internal communications and boy did we make the staff happy with confectionery hampers, shopping vouchers and more!

Results

Thanks in part to a great movie slate the Christmas trading period was hugely successful for Cineworld and the staff incentives kept morale high as the pressure intensified.  Key cinemas achieved record-breaking results, encouraged by the promise of great rewards!
